Board Meetings

The MCRCD meets once monthly, usually on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:00 pm at the Madera Farm Service Agency Office at 425 N. Gateway, Suite E, Madera, California. The regular meetings are open to the public. Review the Agenda for confirmation of the meeting place and time.

We invite you to participate in our upcoming board meetings!

The Madera/Chowchilla Resource Conservation District (MCRCD) Board of Directors meets every second Wednesday of the month from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If that day happens to fall on a holiday, we’ll select an alternate date that works best for everyone.

Agendas and supporting materials are made available at least 72 hours before each meeting to keep everyone informed and involved.

How to Participate:

In Person: 425 N Gateway Dr, Suite E, Madera, CA 93637

Online: If you are unable to attend in person, you may join virtually. Please refer to the meeting agenda for connection details.

Public Comments: We encourage public participation! You may submit your comments in advance by emailing amy@maderachowchillarcd.org, or share them during the meeting. Public comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person, not to exceed 15 minutes total. If you wish for your comment to be included in the official meeting minutes, please submit a written version not exceeding four pages.

All meeting materials posted on this page may be updated up to 72 hours before the meeting. If materials for a specific agenda item are not available by that time, the item may be postponed or removed from the agenda.
